1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Products: If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.

• Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from your order (e.g., wrong stone color or product type).

Mandatory Requirement:

To be eligible for a refund, customers must:

1. Submit the claim within 12 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

2. Provide: 

o An unboxing video showing the unopened package and clearly capturing the product’s condition. The video must be continuous, with no pauses or cuts.

2. Refunds Will NOT Be Processed For:

• Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 5-8 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or courier delays.

• Courier Services: We partner with trusted courier services such as Xpressbees, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure the safe delivery of your orders.

• Shipping Charges:

o Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹2999.

o Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹2999, a shipping fee of ₹150 will apply.

3. International Shipping

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

• Weight or Size Concerns:

  • Jewelry feels heavy or larger than expected.
  •  Incorrect size selection by the customer. (Refer to our size chart for guidance before placing the order.)

• Color Variations:

  •  Slight differences due to photography, lighting, or screen display settings.
  • Handmade or Artistic Variations:
  • Irregularities in hand-painted (e.g., Meenakari) or handmade jewelry, including minor differences in polish, design, or finishing.
  • Minor Transit Issues:
  • Detachable beads or stones that can be fixed with adhesive.
  • Complimentary Accessories:
  • Issues with adjustable ropes, chains, or complimentary items provided with the jewelry.
  • Order Cancellation:
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Refund Process

If your case qualifies under refund eligibility:

Step 1: Notify us via email at info@razzledazzlejewel.com or submit a claim through our customer portal within 12 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Share the following details:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.

Step 3: Ensure the product is shipped back in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Step 4: Upon verification, we will initiate a refund for the eligible amount or provide a replacement (as per your preference).

Note: Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval of your claim.

5. Important Notes

  • Claims must be submitted via email at info@razzledazzlejewel.com or through the customer portal only.
  • Claims made via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, or any other platform will not be entertained.
  • International Orders: Refunds for NRI and foreign customers are subject to additional terms outlined in our international policy.
  • Policy Revisions: The company reserves the right to modify or reverse the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
